In the latest episode, Abhir pleads with Abhimanyu to save Akshara and Abhinav for him, stating that Abhinav cannot live without him. Abhimanyu suggests that they pray to God for help and tells Abhir that Lord Shiva is on their team. Abhimanyu then decides to check Abhir’s message, while Abhir worries about their relationship. Abhimanyu reassures her that both Ruhi and Abhir mean the same to him. Abhimanyu prays that nothing happens to Abhir and tells Akshara that they cannot perform the surgery. Akshara and Abhinav thank Abhimanyu for his support.
In another storyline, Kairav gets angry with Muskaan, and Surekha records their conversation. Arohi scolds Manish for not taking his medicine, and Swarna and Surekha have a discussion about the family’s problems. Akshara apologizes to Abhimanyu for speaking rudely, and Abhinav suggests they fulfill Abhir’s wish list. Manjiri takes care of Abhimanyu while he checks on Abhir, and both Manish and Muskaan ask him not to reveal the bill to Akshara and Abhinav.
In a separate scene, the doctor informs Abhimanyu, Arohi and Mahima about a case involving twins, and Abhimanyu expresses doubt about Akshara’s involvement. The episode ends with Abhimanyu checking on Abhir while Manjiri prays for his health.
