According to a recent claim, the next iPhone 15 will support Wi-Fi 6E. The latest versions of the 11-inch and 12.9-inch Apple iPad Pro, 14-inch MacBook Pro and Mac mini support this standard. The 2023 iPhone models may also have changed bezels and curved edges.

The technology giant from Cupertino is actively developing the Apple iPhone 15 series, which is expected to go on sale in September this year. The 2023 iPhone models may have significant changes, according to multiple sources. According to a recent claim, the next iPhone 15 will now support Wi-Fi 6E. The latest versions of the 11-inch and 12.9-inch Apple iPad Pro, 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro, and Mac mini models are among several gadgets that manufacturers have upgraded to enable Wi-Fi 6E. Standard Wi-Fi 6 continues to be available only on all versions of the iPhone 14.

Wi-Fi 6 uses the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, while Wi-Fi 6E also uses the 6 GHz band, allowing for faster wireless speeds, lower latency, and less signal interference. According to MacRumors, the gadget must be connected to a Wi-Fi 6E router offered by companies such as TP-Link, Asus and Netgear.

Although Wi-Fi 6E compatibility was also expected for the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 models, it never materialized. Now that the company has started rolling out Wi-Fi 6E support to its latest products, it’s more likely that the iPhone 15 will finally support the standard.

In addition to the Dynamic Island and the USB-C port, Apple is expected to introduce the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. In addition to titanium bezels and Apple’s latest A17 Bionic processor, the Pro models should also come with solid-state volume and power buttons.

The iPhone 15 Pro models will reportedly have narrower, curved bezels than the iPhone 14 Pro models, which could give them an Apple Watch-like look, according to another MacRumors rumor.

According to ShrimpApplePro, the next-generation iPhone Pro models will still feature flat displays, as only the bezels will be curved, and the combination of thinner bezels and curved edges may resemble the Apple Watch Series 7 and Series 8 in appearance.
