The episode starts with Satya asking Pakhi how she sees Sai as a person. Pakhi says Sai has stone heart and I don’t like her. Dr. Satya asks Pakhi provocative questions and forces her to reveal her intentions. Satya asks the judge to take note that Pakhi filed the case out of jealousy and says Pulkit and Sai have behaved properly as doctors and they are the best doctors without any marks in their career so please don’t cancel their licenses and consider their records. Pakhi is shocked. The judge gives a verdict in favor of Sai and Pulkit and dismisses the case. Everyone applauds. Sai looks at Satya admiringly. Satya smiles. Virat notices this.
Pakhi’s lawyer apologizes to Pakhi and leaves. Ashwini comes to Pakhi and asks her to forget what happened. Pakhi leaves in pain. Satya is about to leave. On the way, Bhavani congratulates Virat on Sai’s success. Virat also congratulates her. Bhavani says Satya’s act is brave to expose Pakhi but you are the real hero and you will bring the people of Konkoli to give Sai a chance. Precap – Pakhi tells Virat that she wants to start a new life with him. Virat says he also wants to tell her something. He says he can’t live with her anymore and wants to separate from her to marry Sai. He happily goes to see Sai but is shocked to see something.
